Access to the venue

When you book with us, you have full access to the venue for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday)! You have access on Friday from 2pm-8pm for set-up and rehearsal dinner (optional). On Saturday you have access from 9am-11pm. In the evening, music must be finished by 10pm, Guests leave by 10:30pm, and the bridal party/clean up crew leave by 11pm.
*We are very flexible and try to accommodate schedules for each couple, if you need early access, please ask!

What’s included in the
wedding package?

Springvale accommodates up to 175 guests. 130-140 Guests is most comfortable.
25 round tables, 7 rectangular tables, 5 hightop tables
Separate ceremony and reception chairs (200 white & 200 black)
Getting ready spaces for the bridal party (2 suites…Great for photos!)
Indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces
Indoor & outdoor cocktail hour space
indoor Bar area with sink
Food prep area with industrial fridge and sink
Indoor restrooms
Trash cans for trash disposal
Multiple locations for photos: trees, yard, wild flower field (seasonal), pond, patio, inside & outside barn, cottage area.
